 I can't connect from my country using VPN 

You may be in a country or connected to an ISP that blocks PPTP VPN connections, such as Oman, UAE, Belize and a few others. If so, it's possible that your ISP is blocking. Check with your friends and see if they can confirm this. Another option would be to contact your ISP directly and ask them.
You can also work around this by using OpenVPN instead of PPTP. If you still are not able to connect, please contact our support for help.
